В последнее время было несколько случаев падения backend серверов. Несмотря на то, что это не вызывает полной потери работоспособности сервиса, нагрузка на оставшиеся сервера существенно возрастает, в результате чего возникает замедление работы, которое вы все сегодня наблюдаете.

Этими же падениями вызваны случаи потери настроек шлюзов.

Мы делаем все возможное для устранения проблем. Мы работаем с вендором над выяснением причины падений, а также планируем сегодня увеличить число backend серверов для более равномерного распределения нагрузки.
